Kelsey Metz is a multifaceted Performer, Dance Instructor, and Choreographer from Phoenix, Arizona. Her dance education growing up had strong focuses in Jazz and Ballet at Dance Connection, Master Ballet Academy, and The Arizona School for the Arts. Throughout her career as a Dancer, Kelsey has amassed a variety of experiences in both Commercial and Concert dance, choreography, and videography working with many artists including Carley Conder, Keith Thompson, Mandy Moore, Peter Chu, Liz Imperio, Jess Hendrix, and Ray Leeper. Kelsey has performed around the country in theaters such as the Dorothy Chandler Paviliion, the El Portal, New York Civic Center, the Roseland Ballroom, Majestic Theatre, and several other local theaters in AZ. She currently performs with CONDER/Dance and Bread Dance Company and is working her 13th season teaching and choreographing at Conservatory of Dance.
A lifelong learner, Kelsey has enriched her dance arsenal with professional training in Countertechnique, Gaga movement language, and Progressive Ballet Technique. This commitment to continuous growth is a testament to her dedication to the art of movement. As Kelsey continues to evolve her own artistic narrative, she remains an ambassador of dance education, sharing her knowledge and love for the art form with the community.
